Stir-fry Watercress


Ingredients:

Garlic
Onion
Corn oil
Watercress
Oyster sauce
Salt
Sugar
Sesame oil (optional)

Preparations:

1) Cut the watercress, wash and dry 
2) Cut garlic and onion
3) Heat wok over medium heat and add oil
4) Stir fry garlic until brown, then add onion. 
5) Add oyster sauce, salt and pinch of sugar and stir until combine
6) Add watercress and and add salt to taste 
7) *Stir fry leave wilt and stems is soften but still bright green
8) Reduce heat and serve immediately

* If it is dry, you can add a bit of water
