Marble Butter Cake


Original recipe taken from dzanariah and had adjusted the recipe a bit.

Ingredients:
125 gm dark chocolate 
125 gm butter
125 gm castor sugar - I'm using icing sugar
2 large egg
155 gm self raising flour
80 ml fresh milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Steps:
1) Grease and line the round cake pan with baking paper and preheat the oven  with 160° C/180° C  
2) Melt dark chocolate in a pan with double boil technique
3) Cream butter, sugar with electric mixer with medium speed
4) Add egg 1 at a time, beating to combine and gradually add milk and vanilla essence
5) Gradually add flour and fold to combine
6) Divide the batter into 2 parts, mixed the chocolate into 1 of the batter. Now you have 2 types of batter; yellow and chocolate
7) Pour the batter into the baking pan, alternatively between yellow and chocolate batter until finish
8) Take any long skewer or knife or cake tester, then swirl around the batter 
9) Bake for 40 - 50 minutes or you can test it using cake tester
